Easy Post is a dynamic, flask template for handling POST / GET request.

Polls are easy to use / edit and host. The style is responsive and works for both for mobile users and desktop users. The polls are responsive and adapts itself to a mobile-friendly format. Every element of the polls are clickable and one can see and even change their preference before sumbiting the data.
